Shiva Nagesh (Advocate) has more than 30 years of varied experience in the corporate sector, during which he dealt with multifarious laws, viz. indirect taxation, SEZ, EOU, and Foreign Trade and Development Regulation Act, 1992.

In his last assignment with the corporate sector, he was heading the Indirect taxes function at DLF. Prior to DLF, he handled the indirect tax function at Minda Industries, Flex Industries, Barco and GMR.

He regularly appears before judicial forums and revenue authorities.
